After School Dental

All eligible public school students who attend a free dental check-up at a cohealth dental clinic between 1 July 2025 and 30 September 2025 will go in the draw to win 1 of 5 $100 gift cards.

How to enter

1. Call a cohealth dental clinic to book a free appointment. See above for contact details
2. Tell the receptionist you went to “Youth Fest in the West” and want to enter the $100 gift card competition.
3. Provide your phone number or email address so we can contact you in case you win.
4. Come to your appointment between 1 July and 30 September 2025

Prizes

• Five winners will each receive a $100 gift card (e.g., Rebel Sports, Red Balloon, or similar).
• Winners will be chosen at random in October 2025
• We will contact winners using the phone or email provided at their appointment.
• Prizes will be emailed or posted to winners

Who can enter?

You can enter if:

• You are a student at a Victorian public school, or
• You are aged 0-17 in 2025 and are eligible for free dental care under the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS). This includes if:
  • You have Medicare, and
  • You or your parent/carer receive a Centrelink payment, and
  • You have not used up your free dental care limit (CDBS) for 2025

Who cannot enter?

You cannot enter if you’ve been to a cohealth dental clinic or had a Smile Squad school check-up between 1 January 2025 and 1 July 2025, 1 January 2025.
