cohealth’s Community Connectors Collingwood and Fitzroy team provide health services and activities for public housing residents. Our team members can help you access support nearby and host free events. They have experience living in public housing and speak Punjabi, Turkish, Tigre, Aafan Oromo, Arabic, Vietnamese and English.
If you need help with any health issues, our Collingwood and Fitzroy community health nurse, Sally (she/her) is able to assist you for free. She works from 10:00am to 4:00pm at Collingwood every Monday, Tuesday and Friday, and at Fitzroy every Wednesday to Thursday. There is no charge to get help from Sally.
