Free sessions with cohealth’s North Melbourne and Flemington community health nurses, Roman (she/her) and Jun (she/her), are available through the Community Connectors program. Roman and Jun can assist you with:
• health checks
• health information
• referrals to services
• support to match your needs
Translator support is available in Arabic, Somali, Vietnamese, and English.
Walk-ins are welcome.
Sessions with Roman and Jun are free. There is no cost to get help from our North Melbourne and Flemington community health nurses.
