cohealth’s Community Connectors Williamstown team provide health services and activities for public housing residents. Our team members can help you access support nearby and host free events.
If you need help with any health issues, our Williamstown community health nurse, Portia (she/they) is able to assist you for free. They work from 10:00am to 4:00pm every Wednesday. There is no charge to get help from Portia!
