Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Planned Activity Group

Providing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged 50 years and over or younger people (under 50 years of age) who have a disability with the opportunity to participate in a range of activities that promote social connections, enhance individual health and well being and support independent living at home and in the community.

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders eligible for HACC (Program for Young People) or Commonwealth Home Support Services meet together and participate in a range of group and community based activities including:

  • Art & Crafts
  • Cultural & Community Activities
  • Gentle Exercises
  • Day Trips
  • Walking Group

 

What do I need to do?

Contact the PAG Program Coordinator or Team Leader for more information or a referral to this service.

This service is available for all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people who reside in the areas of Brimbank, Hobsons Bay, Maribyrnong, Moonee Valley, Melton or Wyndham.

 

What will it cost me?

There is no fee for this service.
