Chinese access and support program

Help for Chinese people over 65, to access, understand and deal with the range of available community based services

Elderly Chinese people can access services to assist in maintaining their independence, health and being safe at home with support in their own language (Mandarin or Cantonese).

The cohealth Chinese Access and Support Program will help Chinese people over 65, to access, understand and deal with the range of community based services available.

We can provide:

  • information on Health and Community Care (HACC) services or other community support services
  • referrals for Health and Community Care (HACC) living at home assessment or other related services
  • help to contact and apply for services

What will it cost me?
Service is provided free of charge to eligible Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) speakers aged 65 years and over or their carers.
