cohealth’s older persons high rise program seeks out and engages isolated tenants to provide:

  • information to support lifestyle and health
  • links to community groups referrals to required health services
  • liaison with housing services

Our work aims to give older people in high rise housing an accessible point of contact to help them feel safer, more independent and secure while enhancing their involvement in social activities and community life.

What do I need to do?
People in public high rise housing over 55 can contact us directly or seek a referral through their housing agency or other outreach program.

What will it cost me?
There is no cost for this service.
