Give your kids the best start in life

cohealth’s Child and Family Health programs work to support the health and development of young children and families within their communities. You can access our services if you live, or your child attends kinder or childcare, in the City of Maribyrnong, Moonee Valley, Melbourne, Yarra, or selected suburbs in the City of Brimbank.

Our experienced and qualified teams work with families to identify concerns and provide assessments and support for children’s development. We work closely with other professionals and the community to help children thrive.

What do I need to do?

Families with children aged 0-6 years old with concerns (and not eligible for Early Childhood Intervention services/National Disability Insurance Scheme) can make contact according to the information listed for each program above and below.
