cohealth’s Chinese Counselling and Support service for Mandarin or Cantonese speakers offers:

  • counselling
  • parent support group
  • carers support group
  • social groups for the elderly
  • referrals to other community health services

What do I need to do?
To refer a client, please download and complete the three SCTT forms

  • Consumer information
  • Summary and referral information
  • Consumer consent to share information

Once completed, the forms can be faxed to 9372 1558 and marked to attention of Margaret Yung.
