Diabetes education service for people living with diabetes or at high risk of developing diabetes

Get the knowledge you need to manage your diabetes properly

Living with diabetes or preventing diabetes when you’re at high risk shouldn’t be scary.

Learn how to manage your blood glucose levels, understand the complications and prevention, treatment approaches, look after your emotional health and other general health issues surrounding diabetes.

We work with people who are at risk of developing diabetes or who have pre-diabetes, Type 2 Diabetes, and Type 1 Diabetes.

We are accredited to provide Life! Programs. Life! is a group program designed to help you reduce your risk of diabetes and heart disease.

We also run a series of Diabetes Support groups once a month in the following languages:

  • Mandarin (1st Wednesday of every month)
  • Vietnamese (2nd Thursday of every month)
  • Arabic/Tigre (3rd Wednesday of every month)

For people experiencing difficulty managing diabetes, our HARP Diabetes program offers specialised diabetes health care.
