cohealth dietitians provide advice and support about healthy food, to help clients manage medical conditions or for better health and wellbeing in general.
cohealth dietitians do not recommend restrictive diets, but support clients towards mindful eating to help you reach your goals. This is always tailored to your individual health needs, taste preferences, budget and social circumstances.
We provide education and information on issues including:

Everyone in the community is welcome to make an appointment with cohealth dietitians.
Access by referral from health professional or contact us directly.
Homeless clients can drop in to clinics at Fitzroy and Central City.
