Counselling service for people who use drugs and have mental health issues
Alcohol and drug use can lead to challenges in many areas of life. These can include changes in behaviour, life circumstances, financial and legal issues, issues at work, lapses in personal and health care.
cohealth alcohol and other drug (AOD) counsellors have experience working with people concerned about their substance use. You can come to see us voluntarily or as part of a court order. We offer a safe, non-judgemental counselling service to reduce harm to individuals, families and communities and to help people achieve meaningful goals.
What do I need to do?
Anyone wanting to see a cohealth AOD counsellor can contact us directly or call Central Intake on 1800 700 514 and ask for a cohealth service.
What will it cost me?
There is no cost for this service.
Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) clients
cohealth are a registered provider of Alcohol and other Drugs treatment for eligible DVA card holders. Talk to your GP or health care provider about a referral to us for support.
