Long and short term residential help for people with mental illness

cohealth provides long and short term residential services for people with severe mental illness.

Offering stable home like settings to support recovery and wellbeing, clients can feel safe and cared for in our accommodation options.

Our aim is to support each client gain the confidence and skills to live independently and participate in the community:

  • Living successfully at home
  • Preparing for work or education
  • Reconnecting with friends, family and community
  • Drug and alcohol support

Long term residential services

Chiron Residential Services
Support accommodation for elgible adults requiring mental health services. Residents work with Community Mental Health staff, personal care workers and their clinical support networks to develop care plans, receive assistance with independent living and work towards goals that they find meaningful in the context of their recovery.

Janoak Residential Services
Long term supported accommodation for people who experience significant challenges to independent living and community access. Residents participate in a recovery oriented program which sees staff collaborate with them to develop a care plan, support daily living skills, set goals and pursue a meaningful life of their choosing.
Short term residential services

Short term residential services.
Prevention and Recovery Care (PARC) residential services help people with mental illness who are leaving hospital or those who would benefit from 24 hour support to avoid hospital admission.
