Our qualified and professional team at cohealth Physiotherapy will provide you with a tailored assessment, and work with you to develop a treatment plan to get you back doing the things you enjoy.
Whether you’re recovering from a recent injury or managing a long term problem, we will focus on:
- helping you to better understand your condition
- guiding you to do the right things to help with your recovery such as targeted exercises, stretching and other physiotherapy techniques
We aim to complete your treatment in no more than 6-8 sessions, but we can add more if required.
In addition to individual sessions with a Physiotherapist, we also offer a range of low cost group health and fitness activities for body and mind. Group activities include tai chi, hydrotherapy, general exercise and strength training. Speak with our physios about a group that’s right for you.
