Support for people of refugee and asylum seeker status to improve health and wellbeing in the community.

Our specialised refugee and asylum seeker health nurses and support workers assess each person’s physical and mental health needs, providing health care coordination, health education as well as connecting people to the right health and social services like maternal child health and housing.

What do I need to do?
This service is available to anyone with recent refugee and/or asylum seeker like experiences.
