cohealth announces Transitional Board Chair

As not-for-profit community health organisation cohealth continues to evolve, the organisation is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Geyer as Transitional Board Chair. 

With cohealth’s Board undergoing a period of transition in 2026, maintaining strong governance remains a priority for the organisation.  

Paul Geyer has been appointed as Transitional Board Chair while recruitment for a longer-term appointment is underway.  

An accomplished chair with a wealth of experience leading governance in not-for-profit organisations across health, early learning, agriculture and tourism sectors, Paul’s strategic insight as Transitional Board Chair will be an asset as cohealth moves into a new chapter. 

Paul Geyer joins cohealth’s previously announced Interim Chief Executive Kate Gillan, and Dr Eileen Gourley as Interim Medical Lead (Director of Primary Medical Care).
