Not-for-profit community health agency, cohealth, will operate weekend pop-up clinics at three primary schools in Melbourne’s northern and western suburbs on 29 & 30 January.
The pop-up clinics will be open to the public. Appointments are required for 5-11 year olds, but walk-ins are welcome for anyone aged 12+.
“With the school term upon us, it’s so important that we have as many people vaccinated as possible, and in particular children,” said Sally Wilcox, cohealth COVID vaccination project manager.
“Primary schools are a familiar and welcoming environment in which to offer the vaccine,” said Ms Wilcox.
“Anyone from the community is welcome and whether you’re getting your first or second dose, or your booster, we look forward to meeting you,” she said.
