cohealth a finalist – three times over – at 2016 victorian public healthcare awards

We are proud to announce that cohealth is a finalist across three categories in the upcoming Victorian Public Healthcare Awards, including the prestigious Premier’s Primary Health Service of the Year Award.

These annual awards recognise leadership and excellence in the provision of publicly-funded healthcare for the Victorian community and we are delighted to have our work formally recognised in this way.

The nominations speak to the quality, depth and breadth of cohealth’s work, and recognise the important role of co-design.

cohealth’s effectiveness is possible due to the incredible contributions of staff, clients, the community, and the many partner organisations who work with us to co-design, promote, and continuously improve cohealth.

The Award winners will be announced on 12 December, and regardless of the outcome, we wish to commend and thank all those – staff, community members and partner organisations – whose generous contribution to cohealth assists in our mission to create healthy people and communities.
