In June, cohealth’s Service Redesign team held a Client Journey Summit. Over two days, more than 100 people came together to brainstorm how we could transform the experience of accessing services at cohealth.
The Summit was an extremely valuable opportunity to bring cohealth workers, clients, community members and external partners together to share experiences and innovative ideas.
Cohealth is committed to improving the overall client journey and hearing a range of perspectives was a great way to develop ideas about how we can make it easier for clients to access cohealth services in the future.
We have already started bringing some ideas to life and will finalise our plans by the end of October.
