Sam Sondhi, a current Director of the cohealth Board, has assumed the role of Board Chair.
Sam brings significant leadership and governance experience across the not-for-profit, disability and financial sectors.
He is currently CEO of Futurity Investment Group and previously served as CEO of Outlook Australia, where he led the development of one of Australia’s largest social enterprises in disability employment.
His work has focused on improving access to education, employment and healthcare, with a strong commitment to working alongside communities to design services that reflect their needs and aspirations.
His appointment provides continuity of leadership and oversight at an important time for the organisation.

The Board has asked Nicole Bartholomeusz to remain in the Chief Executive role until 31 July 2026, with recruitment for the position underway.
