To mark Mental Health Week 2022, staff from cohealth were interviewed on Live FM by college student radio hosts from Melbourne’s west about mental health.

The hosts were students from Catholic Regional College (CRC) St Albans, CRC Caroline Springs and CRC North Keilor, who asked cohealth’s mental health team a range of questions about youth mental health, from where to get support to the prevalence of mental illness in young people today and the role of social media.

Across the three interviews, which were part of CRC Live, cohealth’s mental health team provided insight and advice aimed at supporting young people to recognise the importance of mental health.

Thank you so much to all the student hosts for the engaging and important questions.
