At cohealth, collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and developing our next Strategy is no exception. A key part of developing our strategy for the next ten years has been listening deeply to our clients, communities, and external stakeholders.

Through surveys, focus groups, and many valuable conversations, we’ve gathered insights from over 900 people, to understand what matters most to them.

We have gained a deeper understanding of cohealth’s strengths and weaknesses, risks and opportunities and have used these insights to inform the direction of our organisation into the future.

A big thank you to everyone who shared their time, experiences and ideas!

  • 465 clients and community members shared their voice in a survey.
  • 130 community members attended a community-led focus group

The focus groups were led by members of cohealth’s Community Advisory Group, who were trained to run culturally safe and inclusive workshops, for a diverse range of 13 community groups.
