cohealth is proud to have played a critical role in providing essential services in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. From the start of the pandemic, cohealth worked together with the Victorian Department of Health to:

  • provide vaccinations at both our fixed sites and pop-up clinics across Victoria
  • test people for COVID-19
  • provide a community-led health and social response at high-rises and other high-risk accommodation settings
  • provide health information in language to communities.

As of 30 June 2022, there have been changes to our COVID-19 services

COVID-19 vaccinations

cohealth no longer provides COVID-19 vaccinations. You can get a vaccine at selected pharmacies and GPs. Use the Federal Government’s vaccine clinic finder to find out where you can get vaccinated.

COVID-19 vaccinations are free for everyone in Australia, even if you don’t have a Medicare card.

COVID-19 vaccination records

If you previously have had a vaccination with cohealth and your vaccination record is not up to date, please email our Australian Immunisation Records team on AIR.inquiries@cohealth.org.au with the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Date of birth
  • Phone number
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • IHI/Medicare

COVID-19 testing

From 31 December 2022, all of Victoria’s remaining state run PCR testing sites closed. From 1 June 2023, Victoria’s COVID Positive Pathways program was discontinued.

If you test positive for COVID-19, you can get care and support by:

  • visiting your GP, either in person or through a telehealth appointment
  • accessing antiviral medication if you are eligible
  • calling the National Coronavirus Helpline on 1800 020 080, which operates 24/7
  • calling Nurse-on-call on 1300 60 60 24 for free support from a nurse 24 hours a day
  • visiting a GP Respiratory Clinic
