partner with us to build a healthier, fairer future
At cohealth, we believe everyone deserves equitable access to high-quality health and social care.
Each day, our teams go above and beyond to deliver compassionate and innovative services to those who need it — in clinics, on streets, and in community spaces.
We work to shape healthy communities, connect people with the support they need, and advocate for the crucial systems-change to make health equity a reality.
However, as a community health provider, we are operating in a health system under pressure.
Access to healthcare is proving more difficult, inequity is growing with increasing levels of poverty and disadvantage, and healthcare needs are becoming more complex for more people.
While Australia invests just 2% of total health expenditure on preventative care — well below OECD averages — we know that every dollar invested in preventative care can save $14 in the future.1
Over the next decade, our work will continue to be much needed. But to keep doing it, we need your support.
We remain deeply committed to providing comprehensive, wraparound care for individuals who experience challenges to being healthy and well. However, our current funding does not cover the essential behind-the-scenes work — such as care coordination and funds pooling — that makes this quality care possible.
Strong partnerships with community, health providers, philanthropy, private enterprise, non-health sectors and government all underpin cohealth’s work. They make it possible for us to respond holistically to complex client needs and remove barriers to good health and wellbeing.
We are always seeking aligned opportunities to make a meaningful impact for our communities — whether by philanthropic gifts, donations, or corporate partnerships.
Through your generosity, commitment, and shared belief in caring for all, cohealth can continue its important work, and keep on being bold and brave in our design and delivery of innovative, value-based care for communities.
If you’re interested in partnering with us, or making a contribution, please email partnerships@cohealth.org.au.
Together, we can build a healthier, fairer future.
