  • The independent pharmacy located inside the cohealth Collingwood site (365 Hoddle Street) will permanently close at the end of business on Friday 30 January 2026.
  • The pharmacy has been run in partnership by Integrated Pharmacy Services (IPS) and cohealth.
  • Many clients have already had support to transition to new pharmacies.
  • cohealth is putting in place additional support – including a dedicated phone line and on-site support – to assist remaining clients with help and information about where to go next.

After many years of working with cohealth to keep the service viable, both organisations have reached the conclusion that the pharmacy cannot operate sustainably. IPS has confirmed the service will close on 30 January 2026 as announced late last year.
