strategic plan 2019 – 2025 available now

cohealth’s Strategic Plan 2019-2025 is now available for our clients, the public and our partners to view. Developed with extensive community, coworker and partner input, this plan provides a road map for the continued consolidation and development of our organisation.

cohealth’s values and mission won’t change: we will continue to promote health, social and economic equity. We’ll also recognise the need for racial and ecological equity and the importance of addressing all forms of stigma and discrimination.

We’re making sure that what we do is effective and financially sustainable, both now and in coming years. We want to make sure we know that what we are doing is working, and that we are focusing on the people and places where we can make the greatest impact.

And we are changing the way we work to enable our people to keep doing what they do best – deliver client care and services. Over time our teams will be able to make more choices for themselves on how they work and allocate resources, working locally with communities , families and individuals to determine how best to meet needs.

We’re making sure cohealth can continue serving the communities’ changing needs and ever growing demand for our services. We are excited about the future and we look forward to you coming on this journey with us.
