Dr Erin Gordon

Dr Erin Gordon is a GP with a background in public health and a particular interest in whole-person, community-focused care. She has experience working across diverse settings, including First Nations communities, the Doctors in Schools program, Headspace and in alcohol and other drug services, and has led clinical responses during the COVID-19 pandemic in Western Victoria.

Erin has a strong interest in sexual health, young person health, addiction medicine and mental health, and is passionate about creating a space where patients feel comfortable asking questions they might not have felt able to ask elsewhere.

She is known for her thoughtful, down-to-earth approach and her ability to make even complex health issues feel manageable, and occasionally even a little less daunting. She believes good healthcare starts with listening and that no one should leave a consult feeling unheard, rushed, or confused.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find her bossing her netball team around from centre, loyally and sometimes optimistically supporting the Carlton Football Club, and chasing a decent coffee.
