We offer allied health services for older people aged 65 years or over. Our allied health services assess, diagnose, prevent and manage your health and well-being.

We also offer a range of group programs including exercise, diabetes education and chronic pain management.
Anyone over 65 or Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people over 50.
You may require a referral from My Aged Care to access our services. This will include an in-home assessment from the My Aged Care Assessment Service who will help to identify unmet needs and make referrals to services on your behalf. Call us on 9448 5521. If you are over 65, go directly to My Aged Care website or call 1800 200 422 and ask for cohealth services.
The price depends on your income. There are different income ranges for individuals, couples and families. You can learn more on our fees page, or call us to find out more.
