If you are not able to leave home due to COVID-19, you can get access to support and treatment at home.  

Service details

A GP or registered nurse can come to you and provide: 

  • treatment for COVID-19 symptoms 
  • assessment and management of other health conditions 

You can access the COVID-19 home visit program if: 

  • you or anyone in your household is affected by COVID-19, and you can’t leave your home
  • you can’t leave your home because of old age, disability or a mental health condition and need treatment, care or management of any other health condition

Fees & eligibility

This service is available for anyone who is: 

  • COVID-19 positive or has been COVID-19 positive in the past 30 days. 
  • living with and caring for a COVID-19 positive person. 
  • a dependent, such as a care recipient or young person, living with a COVID-19 positive person. 
  • not able to leave their home because of old age, disability or a mental health condition and need COVID-19 related treatment or care.
