Service details

From 1 June 2023, Victoria’s COVID Positive Pathways program will be discontinued, which means that this service will finish taking new clients. 

If you test positive for COVID-19 after this date, you can get care and support by:

  • visiting your GP, either in person or through a telehealth appointment
  • accessing antiviral medication if you are eligible
  • calling the National Coronavirus Helpline on 1800 020 080, which operates 24/7
  • calling Nurse-on-call on 1300 60 60 24 for free support from a nurse 24 hours a day
  • visiting a GP Respiratory Clinic
  • getting free Rapid Antigen Tests from select cohealth locations

About COVID Positive Pathways

cohealth’s COVID-19 Positive Pathways program provides clinical care, monitoring and support for people who test positive for COVID-19.  

You do not need a referral for the COVID-19 Positive Pathways program.  

You will get access to: 

  • Regular phone check-ins of your symptoms  
  • Higher levels of care if your symptoms get worse 
  • Support to isolate safely at home

Fees & eligibility

You can access the COVID-19 Positive Pathways program if you are: 

  • Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander 
  • aged over 80 
  • have a disability 
  • a refugee or asylum seeker 
  • a carer 
  • in need of assistance to isolate safely at home.
