Service details
From 1 June 2023, Victoria’s COVID Positive Pathways program will be discontinued, which means that this service will finish taking new clients.
If you test positive for COVID-19 after this date, you can get care and support by:
- visiting your GP, either in person or through a telehealth appointment
- accessing antiviral medication if you are eligible
- calling the National Coronavirus Helpline on 1800 020 080, which operates 24/7
- calling Nurse-on-call on 1300 60 60 24 for free support from a nurse 24 hours a day
- visiting a GP Respiratory Clinic
- getting free Rapid Antigen Tests from select cohealth locations
About COVID Positive Pathways
cohealth’s COVID-19 Positive Pathways program provides clinical care, monitoring and support for people who test positive for COVID-19.
You do not need a referral for the COVID-19 Positive Pathways program.
You will get access to:
- Regular phone check-ins of your symptoms
- Higher levels of care if your symptoms get worse
- Support to isolate safely at home
