In this program, our physiotherapists will help you to learn to perform simple exercises and movements so that you can feel safer in your body.
This program runs for 12 sessions over 12 weeks and is best suited for people who are experiencing chronic pain and want a gentle program to get started exercising.
In the sessions, we will cover simple exercises and movements, as well as discussion of pain management.
