A simple yoga and mindfulness session.

These sessions are good for people with chronic pain, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue, or just general aches and pains.

Service details

Includes:

  • modified yoga positions
  • gentle stretches
  • relaxation and meditation
  • some Tai Chi and Chi Gung mindful movements and relaxation/meditation techniques.

Fees & eligibility

These sessions take place on Wednesdays from 2:00 – 3:00pm at our Collingwood centre, 365 Hoddle St Collingwood.
