Well Balanced is a 6 or 12-week exercise and information program designed to improve strength and balance and reduce the risk of falling.
A 12-week group exercise program exercise that focuses on falls prevention, which is designed to be appropriate for each client’s mobility and balance levels.
Prior to joining the group, you will complete a one-on-one assessment to ensure suitability and to develop your program.
This program is suitable for people who are at risk of falling. Clients must be able to walk unaided for 10 metres.
