This service and the support offered is co-designed through the work of our Cohealth Youth Advisory Committee. You will be invited to be a part of the Youth Advisory Committee during your stay. This helps make sure the service includes feedback and suggestions from young people.
Young adults and teenagers can call us directly to arrange a visit to learn more about our program. Contact the location you are interested in to arrange a tour of our supported accommodation. External supports and carers are welcome to make contact and support young people with their tour.
