The cohealth Cambridge St Sobering Centre is a 24/7 fully staffed facility located in Collingwood which provides a supervised place for people who are intoxicated to stay while they recover from the immediate effects of intoxication.
The cohealth sobering centre is for anyone in metropolitan Melbourne who is at heightened risk due to intoxication, but who has no serious physical or mental health issues, and does not pose a safety risk to themselves or others.
People are brought to the sobering centre by cohealth’s public intoxication team. Contact 000 to be connected with the public intoxication team.
