Have your say in the 2024 Victorian Healthcare Experience Survey

cohealth is taking part in the 2024 Victorian Healthcare Experience Survey (VHES).

The VHES is a survey of Victorians’ experiences with public healthcare conducted by the Department of Health, and will help cohealth improve on the quality and safety of our services and locations.

Invitations to participate will be sent at random to people who have engaged with cohealth services between 1 January and 24 February 2024 in Victoria.

The survey will take around 15 minutes to complete, and can be completed on your smartphone, tablet, computer, or over the phone.

It is available in English and 23 other languages.

All survey responses are anonymous and deidentified. Your responses will only be used by cohealth and the Department of Health to improve community health services in Victoria.

For support in completing the survey you can contact the survey helpline on 1800 356 928 between 12pm — 8pm, Monday to Friday.
