He brings a strong background in board governance, public policy, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on social equity and lived-experience leadership.
Elvis currently also serves on the boards of Melbourne City Mission Housing and the Parkville Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Service, and has held leadership roles at the National Youth Commission, Victorian Mental Illness Awareness Council, the Mental Health Complaints Commission, and Safe and Equal.
A long-time supporter of cohealth, Elvis previously contributed as a youth representative and brings a deep commitment to community-led healthcare and inclusive service delivery. He is passionate about amplifying the voices of marginalised communities and improving access to mental health and primary care.
