Improve mental and physical health and wellbeing by joining in and being part of the teams at cohealth Kangaroos.

The Kangaroos aim to provide access to team sports for people who find it difficult to access mainstream sports clubs.  Many participants have a variety of social barriers including mental health, homelessness, and alcohol and drug addiction. We actively encourage health and wellbeing through social inclusiveness and physical activity as well as developing teamwork and leadership skills. Participation develops a sense of belonging, self-worth and community connection.
