Harold, 88, has been coming to cohealth’s 365 Hoddle Street community health centre for 35 years to access low cost health care.

Harold is just one of 12,000 people who access health care at 365 each year, and demand is increasing year-on-year.

We are steeling ourselves for a 125% increase in the number of 80+ year olds in the City of Yarra.

The existing building at 365 Hoddle Street is not equipped to handle it the increasing number of elderly people seeking support for complex health issues.

Our 365 health centre needs urgent investment from the State Government. We have a vision to build a landmark community health and housing hub at 365 Hoddle Street so we can continue to support the local community.

You can help support the campaign for a new 365 by signing the petition today, and sharing it with your friends and family. http://bit.ly/weare365
