Carlo has worked extensively in health and social sectors, having held roles as strategic advisor, CEO, co-founder, and people, culture and change specialist over 20 years.

He has a background in strategy, innovation, and leadership and a Master of Business Administration.

Carlo is passionate about supporting impact-led businesses to build sustainability, capability, and impact. He is experienced in bringing together impactful models, commercial thinking, people, and assets to innovate, grow and transform organisations.

Carlo is proud of cohealth’s strong commitment to health equity and the communities it serves.

Carlo is an avid cyclist, passionate cook, and proud father.

Nicole Bartholomeusz

Chief Executive Nicole has worked extensively in public health and government in executive and non-executive roles for over 20 years and has been Chief Executive at cohealth since 2019 having served in a range of leadership roles in community health since 2006. With her clinical background, governance experience and expertise in primary care and the acute sector, Nicole is uniquely positioned to understand the Australian healthcare landscape, navigate change and lead system reform.

Christopher Turner

Deputy Chief Executive Christopher Turner has worked extensively in the community health sector for over 20 years in clinical and executive roles. As a strong advocate for health, social and economic equity, Chris loves bringing all the puzzle pieces together to ensure cohealth meets community expectations and contributes to better health system for all.

Wendy Fromhold

Executive Lead ‑ People & Culture Wendy has a background in occupational therapy and mental health and also a Master of Business in organisational change. She has worked in the community sector for more than 20 years and in executive level roles for 10+ years. Wendy is passionate about building capabilities within organisations to maximise the value they deliver to communities.

Andrew Blyberg

Executive Lead - Finance & Organisational Support Andrew has held a diverse range of leadership roles in politics and the not-for-profit sector, driven by a deep commitment to equity and social justice. He has a background in politics, communications and strategy, with qualifications in journalism, law and a Masters of Business Administration.
