Executive Lead - Strategy, Impact & Development

Kim leads cohealth’s strategy, research, policy and business development portfolios.  Throughout her career Kim has provided strategic advice to the government, university and not for profit sectors.

Kim’s experience includes senior executive roles at the Federal Department of Health, the Australian Digital Health Agency, Rural Health Workforce Australia, the National Rural Health Alliance and the Murray Darling Medical School.

Kim’s international experience includes Technical Advisor to the World Health Organization in Geneva and the inaugural Chair of Policy at the Global Digital Health Partnership.

She is currently the Deputy Chair for Rural and Remote Medical Services Ltd, and her previous Directorships include the Royal Flying Doctors Service, Victoria and the National Rural Women’s Coalition.

Kim is passionate about improving health service access and addressing health equity by lifting up and supporting those most in need. She loves that cohealth is a values-driven organisation and a voice for change.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys hiking, particularly in Tasmania. Her favourite places to travel are Scotland and Greece.
