This service is for people over 50 years old who live in the City of Melbourne or City of Moonee Valley. It aims to provide support and links to relevant services for older public tenants at risk of losing their public housing.
We provide short to medium term case management to older people (50 and over) living in public housing. We do this by providing information regarding health and housing and networking and establishing links with necessary services to assist our clients to live independently.
