The Community Asthma Program can help you:
- understand and manage your child’s asthma
- identify triggers and learn how to control them
- recognise mild, moderate, and severe signs of asthma
- demonstrate correct puffer and spacer use
- better understand your child’s medications
- develop a written asthma action plan
- learn asthma first aid
- liaise with your GP, school, or childcare provider

For GPs and Health Professionals
Clients are able to self-refer, but GPs and health professionals can refer a client by making an online referral by clicking the link below, or by filling in the referral form and emailing it to CAP@cohealth.org.au.
