This program is for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people (aged 50 years and over or with a disability). It supports them to undertake activities which promote social connections, health and wellbeing and allows them to remain living at home and in the community.

  • Cultural & Community Activities
  • Gentle Exercises
  • Day Trips
  • Walking Group

Fees & eligibility

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged 50+ who are eligible for Commonwealth Home Support Program funding.

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged 50 and under who have a disability and are eligible for HACC Program for Younger People funding, and their carers.

This service is for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people who reside in the following local government areas in Melbourne:

  • Brimbank
  • Hobsons Bay
  • Maribyrnong
  • Moonee Valley
  • Melton
  • Wyndham
